Kind of Subject
1. Noun (Kata benda)
Example: Car, Table, Bag
2. Pronoun (Kata ganti)
Example: I, You, We, They, He, She, It/this/that/those/these
3. Gerund (Penambahan -ing/ Ving)
Example: Swimming, Running, Eating
4. To Infinitive (to + V1)
Example: To wear, To meet
5. Phrase (Dua kata merujuk satu arti)
Example: Beautiful Girl (Merujuk perempuan pada perempuan cantik)
6. Noun Clause (Sebagai Komponen Kalimat)
Example: Noun: I bought car
Pronoun: I bought it
Noun Clause : The car that I bought is expensive
Example
- The invitation makes me happy
- He is the new director of the institute
- Swimming is my hobby
- To walk to the university takes twenty minutes
- Fried Chicken is my favorite food
- What he said makes me happy
kind of Verb
1. To be:
(be, is, am, are, was, were, been)
- to be + Noun
Example: Susan and tono are student
Subject tobe Noun - to be + adjective (kata sifat)
Example: Roni is handsome
Subj tobe adjective - to be + Ving (kalimat aktif)
Example: The girl is smiling at me
Subj tobe Ving - to be + V3 (kalimat pasif)
Example: The cake was eaten by jono

Modals (can, could, will, would, shall, should, might, must, though to)
Example: The doctor will give the patient a prescription
